PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a positive type visible ray sensitive resin compsn. contg. a photosensitizer having high sensitivity to long wavelength laser light in the visible ray region such as beams emitted from high output stable argon laser and second harmonics of YAG laser and excellent in shelf stability by using an organoboron compd. having a specified structure as the photosensitizer. SOLUTION: The visible light sensitive resin compsn. contains an organoboron compd. of the formula as a photosensitizer. In the formula, R1-R3 and R5-R9 are each H, a halogen, nitro, cyano, hydroxy, an alkyl or the like, R4 is H, cyano, an alkyl, an aralkyl, an aryl or the like and R10 and R11 are each halogen, an alkyl, an aralkyl, an aryl or the like. The organoboron compd. has very high absorption at the long wavelengths of argon laser light and YAG laser light and has very high sensitivity to the lights. |
