<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheetlike feedthrough which eliminates a leak and which can maintain a container airtight, by a method wherein both sides of an electric wire sandwiched between two sheets which are sandwiched between an airtight opening face and a sheet member are formed to be knife-edged. SOLUTION: An electric wire 6 is formed in a foil. Both sides of the electric wire 6 are tilted knife-shaped by an etching operation or the like in such a way that their cross-sectional shape is ladder-shaped or diamond-shaped. The width of an upper-part sheet 5a in a resin-based sheet 5 is made shorter than the width of a lower-part sheet 5b, and the upper-part sheet 5a and the lower- part sheet 5b are arranged so as to be stepwise. At this time, the respective sheets 5a, 5b are formed to be knife-edged in such a way that their end faces are tilted obliquely toward the outside on the side of their rear surface from their surface. As a result, a gap in a direction along the electric wire 6 is eliminated between the electric wire 6 and the resin-based sheet 5 which sandwiches it. In addition, a gap in a direction along the electric wire 6 is eliminated between the resin-based sheet 5 and an airtight container 1 and a seal member 3. Consequently, the leak of a sheetlike feedthrough is eliminated, and the airtight container 1 can be maintained to be airtight.</p> |
