PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing the optical filter which has a flat transmission characteristics and is excellent in the interruption characteristics on an adjacent band. SOLUTION: The method for producing the optical filter is composed of forming a band pass filter 2 comprising dielectric multi-layers on one flat surface of a transparent substrate 1, then forming an antireflection film 3 on another surface of the transparent substrate 1, cutting the resulting substrate 1 into plural parts, taking out adjacent two parts and sticking the two parts through a glass spacer 4 using a transparent adhesive so that the band pass filter surfaces of the two parts are allowed to fix each other. |
