CAPACITANCE INCLUDED PIEZO-RESONATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance included piezo-resonator which has simplified lead-out structure of lead terminals, very high reliability between a capacitor element and a connecting electrode and whose case is easily manufactured. SOLUTION: This capacitance included piezo-resonator houses and arranges a layered product consisting of a piezo resonance element 1 and a capacitor element 2 in a box-shaped case 4 constructed by fixing lead terminals 6 to the bottom and forming a penetration hole 61 in the terminals 6 and fills and arranges a conductive connecting member 7 in the holes 61 which is for electrically connecting the connection electrodes 23 to 25 of the element 2 which appear in the holes 61 to each lead terminal 6. And, grooved stripes 26 to 28 which separate the electrodes 23 to 25 are formed on the bottom of the element 2.
