PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the band of a frequency and a resonance frequency by changing the lengths of the prescribed parts of electrodes formed of prescribed conductor patterns and adjusting load capacitance and connection capacitance against resonance holes. SOLUTION: First conductor patterns 131a-131g are formed around the resonance holes 130a-130g in a first face 111. At the time of controlling load capacitance for adjusting the characteristic of a filter the lengths of fourth patterns 135a-135d and a fifth conductor pattern 145 are controlled. A second conductor pattern 140 formed below the resonance holes 130d-130g operates so that the load capacitance of the resonance holes 130a-130g is suppressed and connection capacitance between the adjacent resonance holes and resonance holes which are not adjacent is increased. The adjusting work of a resonance frequency can easily be executed by a third conductor pattern 141 in a reception filter area.
