PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring duct plug capable of improving mounting of a luminaire to a wiring duct and also provide a luminaire at low cost. SOLUTION: For this wiring duct plug 1, a power receiving part 10 on the side of the wiring duct plug 1 is electrically connected to a conductive body laid in rail-like form inside the duct body of a wiring duct by operating a lever 6, and a tentative holding part 2 on the side of the wiring duct plug 1 is mechanically connected to a receiving part of the duct body, so that the wiring duct plug 1 itself can be suspended on an arbitrary position in the lengthwise direction of the wiring duct, and the wiring duct plug 1 is mechanically and tentatively held by the receiving part of the duct body at the elastically deformable tentative holding part 2.
