PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the comparison temperature calibration of a temperature sensor such as a thermocouple at high precision with a simple structure by providing a support which is hollow inside and a platinum wire arranged at the required position on the outside of the support as a temperature measurement section, and arranging another temperature sensor in the support. SOLUTION: A support 1 which is hollow inside and a platinum wire 20 arranged at the required position on the outside of the support 1 as a temperature measurement section are provided, and another temperature sensor 3 can be provided in the support 1. The platinum wire 20 on the outside of the support 1 and a temperature measurement section in the carrier 1 are located very proximately via the support 1, they are kept at the same temperature very accurately, and the temperature calibration of them can be made at high precision with a simple structure. Any temperature sensor may be used. When a standard temperature measuring resistor is used for the temperature sensor containing the platinum wire 20, the comparison temperature calibration of a standard thermocouple or the like can be made in response to it with sufficiently practical traceability.
