The clasp comprises a thin base leaf (1) on which a pivoting leaf (3) can be folded down. A coupling system enables these leaves to be locked on each other. A push button (9) enables the unlocking of the leaves. At the side of the base leaf is a small tongue (11) the first end (13) of which is rooted in the region where the pivoting leaf is articulated on the base leaf. The second end (15) is free and is provided with a catch (17) enabling the coupling of the pivoting leaf to the base leaf, this free end being fitted with the push button.
