A sample feeder capable of preventing contamination and improving throughput of analysis and including a reservoir (1) for storing a mobile phase solution, connected to one of the ends of a flow passage (2), and a sample charging port (3) disposed at an intermediate portion of the flow passage (2), so as to feed the mobile phase solution flowing out of the other end of the flow passage (2) and a sample into a mass analyzer (16), wherein the pressure on the other end side of the flow passage (2) is regulated to be lower than the pressure on the side of one of the ends of the flow passage (2) so that the mobile phase solution inside the reservoir (1) is sucked and flows into the flow passage (2) due to this pressure difference and the sample charged from the sample charging port (3) is transported to the other end side of the flow passage (2), is atomized there by a high velocity gas flow, and is atomized and ionized.
