<p>The present invention relates to a method that involves measuring the constant component as well as the intensity index of an electrostatic field in a residential area, and comparing the measurement results with known background values. This method has no equivalent and is used for determining the quantitative parameters of a geo-pathogenic area in order to decide whether a human presence should be limited in time or excluded under the above-mentioned conditions.</p> |
