A sealing plug (14) is fitted in the inner cavity of the tubular body (4). It has a flattened portion (43) in the region of its outer circumference facing the body's longitudinal slot (5), and by which the plug lies twist-free on the facing inner face (44) of the sealing strip (35). The plug is anchored in the tubular body by a locking pin (47) extending at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the inner cavity and engaging in both the tubular body and the plug.
