The cab is built with its front open and the dashboard unit is produced independently complete with instrument panel, steering column, pedals electrical fittings and airbags etc. After fixings and fittings such as seats and internal trim have been installed, the front opening is closed off with the dashboard unit and windscreen. The dashboard may be attached using adhesive or screws.
