The locking device has locking elements (2) provided by a displacement rod (1) preventing insertion of a fuse insert or separation blade (L1,L2,L3) in the outer conductor fuse position when the neutral line fuse insert or separatin blade (N) is not inserted, its subsequent insertion causing movment of the displacement rod into a position in which the fuse inserts or separation blades can be inserted and in which a further locking element (3) of the displacement rod engages the neutral line fuse insert or separation blade, preventing its removal.
