An electric coupling element (KE) is formed by a contact entrance (grommet) (KD) having a contacted test-adapter (PA). The contact entrance or lead-through and the test adapter are connected to a coupling seal/cover (KV), fitted with a conducting inner coating, so that a tight radial joint is formed to the contact entrance (KD) and a tight axial joint to the test adapter. The contact entrance (KD) is equipped with an entrance contact bolt (DK) having a contact terminal (KA) in the functional area (FB) and a flattened contact face outside the functional area.
