PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install respective gears, and improve productivity by meshing the small diameter tooth part of a first counter gear with the tooth part of a wheel gear in a gear case, and simultaneously installing two small diameter rotary bodies of the first counter gear and the wheel gear. SOLUTION: The small diameter tooth part 12a of a first counter gear 12 meshes with the tooth part 14a of a wheel gear 14, the small diameter tooth part 12b of the first counter gear 12 meshes with the tooth part 14b of the wheel gear 14, respectively, and an assembly 50 for holding two small diameter rotary bodies 12d on the wheel gear 14 is incorporated into the speed reduction mechanism housing part 3b of a gear case 3 connected to a motor case 2. A support shaft 27 is inserted into a shaft inserting hole 12g formed in the two small diameter rotary bodies 12d of the first counter gear 12, and a hub joined to the wheel gear 14 through a damper 16 is inserted into metal of the output support part of the gear case 3. The two small diameter rotary bodies 12d and a large diameter rotary body 12f are integrally joined/assembled.
