<p>A cell comprising a negative electrode (11) and a positive electrode (12) which are oppositely disposed through an electrolyte (13). The electrolyte (13) comprises a material obtained by polymerizing a composition comprising a compound having an ether bond and a cross-linkable functional group, a siloxane derivative, and a lithium salt. Through polymerization, the compound having an ether bond and a cross-linkable group forms a three-dimensional network structure. The derivative and the salt are present in the network structure. Thus, ionic conductivity can be heightened while retaining high film-forming properties and high film strength.</p> |
