The invented process for producing fibrous webs and shaped parts from such fibrous webs, particularly in forming tools is characterized in that pulverized binding agents consisting at least partially of non-crosslinked powder varnish, particularly from return material of powder varnishes are added in a proportioning station into the fibrous webs. The fibrous webs are then formed in hot forming tools under acceleration of the biding agent by hot steam to shaped parts. Preferably hot steam is supplied in the forming tool under pressure ranging from 0.1 to 1.5 MPa and prior introduction of a fibrous web and binding agent mixture the forming tool is rinsed with hot steam. After removing from the forming tool, the shaped parts are put for cooling on shaped supporting laminates. In the end the bonded fibrous web or the shaped part is dried up.
