Process for the cooling and liquation of helium and other gases

The process comprises the implementation of successive cycles of cooling on the mass of the gas for liquation with a mixture of materials having successively lower magnetic transition temperatures, starting approximately at a transmission temperature of 80 K and ending at the gas liquation temperature. The materials used preferably have a perovskite structure.
