<p>In the present invention there is disclosed a data, transmitting and receiving circuit intended for transmitting and receiving of optical data signals and that is characterized in that at least one light-emitting diode (5) functioning as an optoelectronic transmitting element for conversion of electric data signal to an optical data signal and for transmitting said optical data signal is connected to a control circuit (9), that prepares the electric data signal in a data transmitting mode of the invented data, transmitting and receiving circuit. The light-emitting diode (5) is electrically connected on its anode side with output (B) of the control circuit (9), which represents a control circuit (9) being controllably connectable to H-potential and L-potential. Owing to switching the output (B) over to the L-potential the light-emitting diode (5) is prestressed in reverse direction, whereby the light-emitting diode (5) cut-off current being dependent on light intensity impinging on the light-emitting diode (5) for conversion of the received optical data signal to electric signal in the data receiving mode is generated. On the cathode side the light-emitting diode (5) is further connected with said control circuit (9) data input (A) and the control circuit (9) contains a means for detecting voltage being dependent on said light-emitting diode (5) cut-off current and being applied to the data input (A).</p> |
