The invented apparatus is provided with an air-operated engine (2) with slide valve gear (41). The air-operated engine (2) driving piston (26) is fixedly coupled with a right-hand pressure piston (27) being slidably mounted in a right-hand pressure cylinder (3) and a left-hand pressure piston (28) being slidably mounted in a left-hand pressure cylinder (4). In inner space (61) of a piston rod (36) with the driving piston (26) further reach both a right-hand control piston (7) being movably coupled with a right-hand control piston of the slide valve gear (41) and a left-hand control piston (8) being movably coupled with a left-hand control piston of the slide valve gear (41) that is connected to a pressure governor (29) of supply pressure air and that is at the same time connected with the piston rod (36) inner space (61) at spots in front of and behind the driving piston (26). The right-hand pressure piston (27) and the left-hand pressure piston (28) are at the same time connected to suction and exhaust spaces (63) in which both suction check valves (64) and pressure check valves (65) are placed.
