The light consists of a 21 W bulb inside a yellow or green glass or plastic cover (F) mounted on the end of an arm (D) which oscillates through an angle of 100 - 180 degrees at a speed of 0.3 - 3 m/s when driven by a 12 V electric motor (A) through a reduction gear unit (B). The light can be located inside a housing with anti-vibration pads, fitted in a vehicle or equipped with a carrying handle.
