<p>Grinding grain, especially barley and wheat, for prodn. of beer in breweries, by (a) steeping the optionally pretreated, but still granular grain with a part of the amount of malt to be used, (b) comminuting the mixture on a wet mill in a similar manner to the treatment of malt, and (c) processing to mark by intensively boiling, after a suitable rest period.</p> |
