摘要 |
The invention relates to a finger joint prosthesis comprising a joint body (22) presenting a first (24) and a second (26) joint element which are joined to each other in a pivoting manner and from whose outer circumferential surfaces extends one anchoring element each for fixing said prosthesis to a proximal (12) or distal (14) phalanx. The aim of the invention is to provide a stable finger joint prosthesis having a simple structure which after implantation makes it possible largely to retain the essential functions of the finger joint. To this end the joint body (22) is substantially cylindrical when the two joint elements (24, 26) are in an implantation position. The second element (26) can be pivoted in relation to the first joint element (24) about the outer circumferential surface of said first joint element (24). As viewed in the direction of the cylinder axis, the two anchoring elements are formed by narrow anchoring ledges (30, 34). |
