Preparation method of [2-[4-[(4-chlorophenyl)phenylmethyl]-1 -piperazinyl]etoxy]acetic acid esters of general formula (I), whe rein X is halogen atom and R is lower alkyl group, by the reactio n of the compound of general formula (II) with the compound of ge neral formula (III) and tertiary amine as a solvent with the subs tance retaining the transitionally arising acid intermediates und er the temperature at least 100 C.
