An animal lure having a laser light source and a target which is illumed by the laser light source is disclosed. The target can be a fishing lure, a net for trappring fish or other game, or some other trap. In one form of the invention, there is provided a laser diode light source and battery power source mounted within a fishing lure. Fiberoptic elements convey the laser light to attract fish. |
