The rotary heat engine has a cylindrical cavity (2), formed within a casing (1), a rotating piston (3), an inlet (4) and an outlet (5). Between the cylinder and the inlet is a combustion chamber (6) and a forcing device, which has a rotating heel cam (8) within a cylindrical case (7). The cam has a peripheral cavity (9), to carry air, or combustible gas, from the inlet to the combustion chamber. The piston and the rotating cam have sections (12,13) respectively, which are designed to absorb in the optimum manner, the counter pressure generated by the combustion.
