The invention concerns a friction clutch (10), in particular for a motor vehicle, comprising an adjusting ring (36) pertaining to a wear take-up device with ramps which is axially inserted between the clutching means (24) and the pressure plate. The invention is characterised in that at least an elastic catch (56) is provided borne by the pressure plate (30) permanently urging the adjusting ring (36) axially from the rear frontwards towards the pressure plate (30), to maintain the ramps (44, 46) of the device in mutual contact. |
