The article has a tubular barrel (4) with the rod (22) in it's cavity and introduced coaxially via an inlet opening (13) situated at one end. A catch (6), connected to a barrel and disposed in a window (5) formed in the barrel side wall, assumes, in the absence of stress, a rest position. The catch tilts outwards when a force normal to the inclined face (14) of it's wedge (12A) is applied and tilts inward when a force normal to a second inclined face (15) of the wedge is applied. In the rest position the catch has a wedge projecting inside the barrel with an inclined face which faces the inlet opening and is inclined towards the outside. A second inclined face opposes the first inclined face and is inclined in the opposite direction from the inlet opening towards the outside.
