摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain a favorable output power by providing a hermetically sealed space, whose communication with the outside air is cut off, between the substrate member and a solar battery module. SOLUTION: Sheathing roof boards 105 and under roofing members 106 as substrate members are laid on the whole roof 103 on rafters 104. A plurality of solar battery modules 107 are installed by fittings 109 on the under roofing members 106, and a heat-insulated space 108 whose communication with the outside air is cut off, is defined between the solar battery modules 107 and the under roofing member 106. The inside of the heat-insulated space 108 is partitioned into a plurality of spaces by convection-preventive parts 110 to prevent mutual spaces from communicating with each other. Hence, the air in the heat-insulated space 108 is kept nearly stationary. Accordingly, since the heat transmission of the stationary air is extremely low, the radiation of heat from the underface of the solar battery module is prevented. When amorphous semiconductors are used for the solar battery module, an anneal effect can be also sufficiently obtained.
