PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide the date of an approval judging committee at the time of receiving an application as much as possible so as to keep an approval notification limit date decided by the date of application reception in the case of managing the care necessity approval of a care insurance. SOLUTION: The application program(AP) 6 of a client 1 decides the target date of the approval judging committee by subtracting the prescribed number of days from the approval notification limit date of an applicant and issues the retrieval request of a committee schedule table 13 to a server 2. The AP 7 of the server 2 retrieves the committee schedule table 13 storing the correspondence of the identifier of the committee and a scheduled date and transmits a result to the client 1. The AP 6 allocates the committee provided with the scheduled date before and close to the committee target date and displays a committee name and the scheduled date at a display device 3. Then, the AP 6 decides a visit investigation scheduled date and the limit date of obtaining the opinion document of a family doctor before the committee scheduled date with the allocated committee scheduled date as a limit.
