PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use compressed air having relatively low pressure by periodically opening a valve to be controlled by a pneumatic pulse generator known also as a square wave oscillator. SOLUTION: A blast purifying device 31 has a compressed air source acting on a filtering surface through a valve 33. The valve 33 is periodically opened and closed in the ordinary use of a filter 30 to send compressed air to the filtering surface. A tank 34 for pressurized air supplies the pressurized air to one or more valves 33. Each valve is operably related to two filtering elements 32. The valve 33 is periodically opened at the time of purification of the filtering surface to send the compressed air from the tank 34 to the filtering surface itself. Each of diaphragm sealing tools of the valve is connected to one end of each pipe 36 laid in pressurized state. The other end of each pipe 36 is connected to the respective output connecting part. The output connecting part functions as a remote control part for periodically opening the valve 33.
