PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary massager capable of imparting a plurality of therapeutic effects. SOLUTION: The rotary massager comprises an electric motor 5, a rotating shaft 7 driven by the electric motor 5, massaging ring supports 9, 9' provided on the rotating shaft 7, and massaging rings 10, 10' mounted on the massaging ring supports 9, 9'. A control circuit 23 for controlling the electric motor 5 to rotate in normal and reverse directions is provided, and changing mechanisms 8, 8' are provided having first and second cam bodies 12, 13 for changing the eccentric distance between the center of the rotating shaft 7 and the centers of the massaging ring supports 9, 9' according to the direction of rotation of the electric motor 5. By changing the direction of rotation of the electric motor 5, the relative positions of the massaging rings 10, 10' and the rotating shaft 7 are changed to concentric or eccentric positions. Therefore, a human body can be massaged or beatingly massaged.
