PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new-type make-up product such as a foundation by including a photochromic colorant and an ultraviolet shielding agent. SOLUTION: This product is composed of (A) a composition containing at least one kind of photochromic colorant developing at least one kind of color in the presence of ultraviolet rays (preferably a spirooxazine compound and its derivative) and (B) a composition containing at least one kind of ultraviolet shielding agent having ultraviolet ray shielding action (preferably treated or untreated nano-zinc oxide, titanium, etc.). The components A and B contain a cosmetically permissible medium and are packaged in separate packs. The composition B preferably contains 0.01-30 wt.% of the shielding agent based on the total weight of the component B and further at least one kind of monochromatic colorant, especially titanium oxide, etc.
