PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the displacing speed of a displacing member, to regulate the pressing of a cartridge by a pressing piece, to make gentle the displacement of the pressing piece and thus to make gentle the ejection of the cartridge from a disk holder by bringing the displacing member into sliding contact with an abutting member during the movement of the disk holder to a disk inserting/ ejecting position. SOLUTION: The abutting member 27 is provided in a base 3, and one side of a displacing member 13 is abutted on the abutting member 27 while a projected support by a regulating member 22 is removed to displace the displacing member 13. Thus, during the movement of a disk holder 10 to a disk inserting/ ejecting position, following the displacing of the displacing member 13, the displacing member 13 is brough into sliding contact with the abutting member 27, the pressing of a cartridge 1 by a pressing piece 16 provided in the displacing member 13 is regulated by reducing the displacing speed of the displacing member 13, and the ejection of the cartridge 1 from the disk holder 10 is made gentle.
