PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an undesirable through-current at the input part of a high-source-voltage side circuit when a pull-up resistance is not arranged and to suppress power loss, when the high-source-voltage circuit is driven by an off-chip driver having a flowing-in preventing function of a current to a low- source-voltage side circuit. SOLUTION: An off-chip driver 12 used for the output a low-potential side circuit is equipped with a boosting circuit 10 and an NMOS pull-up transistor 11, and a potential boosted by the boosting circuit 10 is supplied to a off-chip driver output terminal 17 through the NMOS pull-up transistor 11 pulled up to the potential at the output terminal 17 up to a high-potential side circuit level.
