PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the errors during execution of the job processing and also to prevent the useless scanning operations by using a means which decides whether the jobs to be simultaneously transmitted can be processed or not based on the information on each transmitting destination and the information on each component capability when those jobs are accepted. SOLUTION: When the component type registering requests are received, a transmission management component 3000 gives the component capability information requests to the transmission components 3005 to 3008. Receiving the requests, the components 3005 to 3008 send the component capability information to the component 3000. Then the component 3000 receives the answers from the components 3005 to 3008 and registers both component type and capability information on the components 3005 to 3008. When the jobs are accepted, it's decided whether these jobs can be processed or not based on the information on each transmitting destination and each component capability.
