PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchanging device for an observing device which can fix a frame with plural observing devices mounted on a telescope main body and by which a desired observing device along the observing devices can be positioned at a specified position. SOLUTION: The observing devices 3, 4, and 5 are mounted on one frame 2, also an X-axis driving mechanism 6 and a Y-axis driving mechanism 7 respectively and independently moving the devices 3, 4, and 5 are provided on the frame 2, and the observing device corresponding to an observing purpose is arranged on the specified position of the frame 2 by exchanging the positions of the plural devices 3, 4, and 5.
