PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and reliability for a scattered object when mounting a flexible metal tube on such high-speed traveling body as an electric train by using, especially the flexible metal tube. SOLUTION: The structure is constituted by providing a speed detection part 2 in a case 1 and providing a lead wire 7 being connected to the speed detection part 2 in case 1. In this case, by covering the outer periphery of a coating insulation material 8 for covering the lead wire 7 with a flexible metal tube 20 consisting of a metal material that can be bent freely, the lead wire 7 is protected from scattered pebbles or the like and the mixture of electrical noise from the outside is prevented, thus improving an S/N ratio. The speed detection part 2 preferably consists of a sensor without electric source.
