<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit shut-off device for preventing a joint from being moved outward from housing. SOLUTION: This circuit shut-off device for a pressure fluid handling facility is provided with an inner valve 4 and members 23, 24 for operating at least one approximately annular joint 8, an O-ring or the valve, and the joint is arranged in a housing 9 around the valve. The housing is connected to a back pressure range 41 formed on the downstream side of the joint 8 around the valve 4 or the operating members 23, 24 through at least one fluid circulating passage 40. A circuit for giving priority to the flow of fluid for the temporal releasing phase of the valve is arranged between the housing and the back pressure range 41 passing the passage 40.</p> |
