INTERNAL VOLTAGE GENERATING CIRCUIT UTILIZING BAND-GAP REFERENCE VOLTAGE GENERATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the internal voltage generating device which outputs a stable internal voltage even when the source voltage or temperature varies by making use of a bipolar type band-gap reference voltage generating device. SOLUTION: A 1st reference voltage generation part generates a 1st reference voltage Vr1-trim, a reference voltage trimming part 30 trims the 1st reference voltage Vr1-trim level generated by the 1st reference voltage generation part and outputs a 2nd reference voltage Vr1, and a 2nd reference voltage generation part 40 receives the 2nd reference voltage and generates a 3rd reference voltage Vr2. The 1st reference voltage and the 2nd reference voltage are in reality equal in voltage level. The voltage level of the 3rd reference voltage is higher than that of the 2nd reference voltage and the voltage is a driving voltage for driving an internal circuit.
