PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pressure type brake band to facilitate manufacture of a tube. SOLUTION: Figure 10 is taken as a tube pressure type brake band, 20 as an outer frame, 22 as an window part formed at a part of the outer frame, 30 as a tube, 31 as a tube folded part hooked at the edge of the window part, 32 as a hole through which pressure fluid is fed to the tube, 60 as a press plate for the tube, 61 as a rivet, and 24 as a space in which an inside member, such as a brake drum, is contained. Since the tube type band presses the two ends of the tube for closing, the tube the two end parts of which are opened suffices for a function, and manufacture of the tube is extremely facilitated.
