PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely select width, thickness, and angle by using a W-shaped metallic die put in between an ALC panel receive base for a corner having a W-shaped irregular part at the upper face and the corner of the receive base, a retaining plate for the ALC panel for the corner, and long bolts and nuts holding these members. SOLUTION: A long side header is cut at a specified angle and two sheets of panels having slope faces are combined to form an ALC panel 4 for a corner. Then, the ALC panel 4 for the corner is mounted on a receive jig 5 for the corner and further, retaining plates 7 for the ALC panel are put between the ALC panels 4 respectively. The ALC panels 4 are superimposed up to a specified height. Finally, a compressive jig 6 for the corner is put on the uppermost stage and a load is exerted. After a specified time, these jigs are removed to complete the ALC panels 4. Accordingly, ALC panels for a corner having the same precision can be manufactured.
