PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unitized building capable of increasing a normal load on an auxiliary unit along a vertical direction as well as the strength of the auxiliary unit against a torsional load, and allowing an easy mounting work. SOLUTION: This unitized building has an auxiliary unit 2 projected laterally from a building unit 1. In this case, the auxiliary unit 2 has a framed structure of wing frames 21 at both sides, a roof frame 23 vertically erected between the wing frames 21 and a floor frame 24. In addition, diagonal members 222 and 241 are provided for reinforcement at least within the planes of the wing frames 21 and the floor frame 24.
