PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding handcart with a stop mechanism that ensures a smart walk during walking or shopping whereat loads are mounted therein, especially has a high degree of freedom in design, uses fewer components and is light for easy handling. SOLUTION: The folding handcart with a stop mechanism uses a basket constituted of integral frames superimposed one on the next to form the front, rear and sides, and a small link 8 set under the basket to offer folding action. The stop mechanism uses no springs and employs the resiliency of the stop itself, for its simple structure using fewer components.
