PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform both fixing of a rope and fixing of a lashing belt by a single book, to reduce labor and a cost required for manufacture, and to widen the placeable area of a truck load-carrying platform as much as possible. SOLUTION: A hook is disposed in a drawing-out manner in a recess groove 105 between the gate plate of a truck load-carrying platform and a load-carrying platform plate. The hook comprises a horizontal part 2 approximately horizontally disposed on the load-carrying platform; and a pair of leg parts 1 extending downward from the horizontal part 2. Further, a rope hook part 21 to hook a rope for fixing a load is arranged at the horizontal part 2 and a belt fixing part 22 engaged with a lashing belt is arranged on the upper surface of the horizontal part 2. The belt fixing part 22 comprises an engaging groove 23 formed in the upper surface of the horizontal part 2; and a lock part 24 to close the upper surfaces of the two ends of the engaging groove 23. A contact part 26 making contact with the upper surface of the recess groove 105 of the truck load-carrying platform is arranged at the lower part of the engaging groove 23. With this contact state, the upper surface of the horizontal part 2 is positioned flush with the upper surface of the load-carrying platform plate or positioned in height lower than that thereof.
