PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a beautiful upper fancy seam with an upper fancy yarn by dint of a good stitch balancing thread tension without slipping a seam, furthermore without bending or breaking the needle and control a position of a bending slit for a needle to a regular position. SOLUTION: A main body lever 12 of an upper fancy yarn guiding body 11 is divided into a fixed lever 15 of an upper part and a movable lever 16 of a lower part and a connecting mechanism 20 which connects an upper edge part of the movable lever 16 with a lower edge part of the fixed lever 15 so as to be able to remove a fixation. In a state of which a fixation of the connecting mechanism 20 is removed, a bending slit 14 and a thread guiding part 13 are constituted so as to control their positions back and forth by vibrating the movable lever 16 back and forth.
