PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make comfortably usable an elbow outfit by forming the upper and lower portions made of a special laminated material providing the compressibility with heat retainability and air permeability, forming a central part for surrounding an elbow between the upper and lower portions, and removably mounting a support for supporting the elbow on the central part. SOLUTION: The elbow outfit 200 including a support 201 removable from an arm 205 of a patient, comprises an upper part 204, a lower part 207, and a mesh part 203 surrounding the arm 205 between both parts 204, 207 The parts 204, 207 are formed of a flexible sheath made of a heat retainable material such as closed cell foam manufactured by mounting the liners of stretchable cloth on both sides of a core of neoprene having a number of through holes. The mesh part 203 comprises an expandable part 206 extending along the arm 205 near the elbow of the patient. When the elbow outfit is to be used on the arm 205, the support 201 is attached to the mesh part 203, thereby, a pain is relieved by this support 201.
