PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a wind whistle generated in the neighborhood of a part line on the inner surface of a bend. SOLUTION: This suction tool for floor is provided with a rotary bend 1 presenting a nearly L-shape. In this case, a fiber flocked layer 6 is formed at least in the neighborhood of the part line 5 generated at the time of molding the bend 1 on the inner surface of the bend 5. Thus, it is possible to reduce the wind whistle generated by a level difference or burrs in the neighborhood of the part line.
