<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a transport cost, round required time or a base number in the round of plural bases. SOLUTION: This device 1 is provided with a condition setting means 3 for setting a condition for an optimization computation based on a map in which the distribution arrangement state of the plural bases and a physical quantity at the respective bases are set, an objective function setting means 5 for setting an objective function for the optimization computation, a recorder 8 for recording many kinds of cluster patterns 7 for stipulating the order of successively tracking the constitution bases of a cluster and an optimization means 4 for applying the plural bases constituting the map under the set condition to the cluster pattern 7, dividing them into sub patterns and computing the combination of the sub patterns for optimizing the objective function.</p> |
