PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize an irradiation field at high speed, which is required for executing a proper image processing. SOLUTION: An electric signal corresponding to an irradiated radiation dose is generated by an imaging panel 11. The area of the image pickup panel 11 is divided into plural blocks and image data is generated from the electric signal by an image data generating part 16 which is arranged in accordance with each block. One or plural contour candidate points considered to be on an irradiation field contour are detected based on image data at every block. A graphic obtained by connecting the contour candidate points is made to be the irradiation field contour and the region enclosed by the irradiation field contour is made to be the irradiation field region. |
